Acne treatment can be as simple as just putting specialized powder that treats sun rashes everyday on the affected skin (that's me)... to the ever costly dermatologist appointments that is still not 100% guaranteed to treat acne.

So how do you actually treat acne? Do some research. It would be best to go to forums and check out what others use to treat their acne. You would usually find women asking how to treat acne, how to treat blackheads, how to get slim and all those topics regarding beauty and health. I'm sure you'll get used to what products do work, what products don't, what products are harmful, and so on...
